How to Place an order
1. Online ordering - register or login.
2. Fax a downloaded order form. If you are a new customer, please download the New Customer Form and fill out completely to avoid any order delays. Click here for Order Form.
3. Call Customer Service toll free at 877-586-8719 ext. 208. For outside the U.S. call 323-586-8717 ext. 208 (Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 4:30pm Pacific Standard Time)
Order Processing
Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation via email or fax unless the order was placed with our customer service department. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after receipt of order.
Minimum Orders
Domestic Orders: NO MINIMUM ORDER but as of June 25, 2010 there will be a $10 handling fee for all orders under $50 / International Orders: $10 fee to make Total Shipping for order add up to our International Shipping Rates (see below).
Terms
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or COD only. For COD orders company checks are accepted upon approval by our credit department. There is a $8.50 COD charge per COD order.
Domestic Shipping Charges
All shipping originates from the Metropolitan Los Angeles, CA area
For Ground Shipments (within the 48 contiguous states) the following charges apply:
Orders between $1 - $49.99 – shipping is $5 + $10 handling fee
Orders between $50.00 - $99.99 - shipping is $8
Orders between $100.00 - $250.00 - shipping is $10
Orders between $250.01 - $500 – shipping is $12
Orders between $500.01 - $750 - shipping is $13
Orders between $750.01 - $1000 – shipping is $17
Orders between $1000.01 - $2,500 – shipping is $20
Orders between $2,500.01- $5,000 – shipping is $25

International Shipping Charges
For International Shipments the following charges apply:
Orders between $1 - $250 – shipping is $40
Orders between $250.01 - $500 – shipping is $46
Orders between $500.01 - $750 - shipping is $49
Orders between $750.05 - $1000 – shipping is $61
Orders between $1000.01 - $2,500 – shipping is $70
Orders between $2,500.01- $5,000 – shipping is $85
Charges will add up to shipping charges above but will show as a shipping charge and a handling charge. (for example: An order that is $520 will have a charge of $39 for shipping PLUS a handling charge of $10. This equals the $49 charge above) Applicable duties, taxes and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
Claims for damaged, defective, incorrect or missing merchandise must be made within 5 days receipt of order. For a return authorization number please email return requests to spot@iseespot.com or call customer service at 877-586-8719 ext. 208 or outside the U.S. 323-586-8717 ext. 208. The RA# must be on the outside of the box or merchandise will be refused. All sales are final. A 25% restocking charge may be imposed on any returns or exchanges.
